Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with our shipping carriers.

Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages FlowPureCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost please contact us at support@flowpureco.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. FlowPureCo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
